For a work that has been awarded the Artinvest Artwork Certificate, it is documented in a forgery-proof manner with the blockchain Artivest certificate that the work is an art-historical objective artwork with innovation or creation heights: in form, content and symbiosis with the art quality ratings of A, AA, AAA or whether the work is a subjective artwork, a decorative work.

Exchange guarantee into another work by Dieter Walter Liedtke, into a work owned by Fundación Liedtke in the same Artinvest certificate group A, AA or AAA at a comparable price.

Tax issues

The purchase price of a work of art can be tax-reduced in the EU if the work is donated to a publicly accessible museum.

Tax exemption on sale. If the work was acquired privately, the capital gain on the sale price is tax-exempt (in Germany) if the sale is made one year after the acquisition. In the countries of the EU, the tax requirements can be obtained from your tax advisor or from the tax office of the country in which you pay tax on your income.

Inheritance tax exempt. If the work is given on loan to the Evolution Museum at the Globalpeace Campus (or another public museum) and is publicly exhibited, the inheritance tax in Germany can be as low as 0 percent. In the countries of the EU, you can find out the inheritance tax requirements from your tax advisor or from the tax office of the country in which you have to pay inheritance tax.
